We have received a review from one of our Customers here at Caremark Ashford and Shepway.
We started providing a temporary respite package for Mr L last year which then ended as this was Charity funded. When Mr L needed more support at home with his caring role for his wife C, he contacted us and we have been visiting them both once a week to support him with some cleaning. C is diagnosed with Dementia and is struggling to come to terms with this. Here at Caremark Ashford and Shepway we have worked with Mr L to ease the transition from Domestic Support with a plan to then provide more Care and Support in the future.
It is important here at Caremark Ashford and Shepway that we build a good relationship with each of our customers and makes plans for the future where possible. Thank you Mr L for your lovely review, your comments have been passed on to the team.
