Over the past couple of months, our head office staff have been able to attend several AKU Training sessions.

These sessions covered the following topics:

  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Leadership
  • Difficult Conversations
  • Managing Conflict

The staff who attended all agreed that they were very worthwhile and informative.

The practical exercises were very useful in showing me that everyone sees things from different perspectives and two-way conversation is very important to get a full understanding of every situation.”
