Congratulations Gulnaz!

A huge congratulations to our Deputy Care Manager, Gulnaz, who has recently completed her Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services 🎉

The purpose of this qualification is to develop management skills and knowledge in the health and social care sector.

Here is what Gulnaz had to say about the course:

⭐ “The course was quite intense and it took me a while to really get into it. Once I started to focus on the learning I found it really interesting. It was great to get into discussions with others, many of these led to affirmation that I am doing things in the correct way. It has helped me to understand what needs to be put in place in order to look after both clients and care staff. I feel more confident in my ability to ensure that the service is running as smoothly as possible. The course was definitely worth the hard work.”
