Carer Service Awards

At Caremark Warwick we recognise the value of delivering a consistent high quality of Care to all our Clients. What really helps drive this is having a consistent team working for us and staff retention is absolutely key to this.

We are very happy that now over half of our team have celebrated at least their one year anniversary at Caremark Warwick.

To highlight this, we are introducing some service awards for everyone in recognition of the hard work, dedication and contribution to our team:

• A Bronze badge for one year’s service
• A Silver badge for two year’s service
• A Gold badge for three year’s service

We’re only young, having started the business in 2020, but we’ll need to think quickly about awards for four year’s service and beyond!

We shall be presenting the relevant badges to our team members over the next few weeks.
