Caremark’s Christmas Party and Carer Award Ceremony 2024
On Friday, 29th November, Caremark Cheltenham and Tewkesbury celebrated their much-anticipated Christmas Party and Carer Award Ceremony at the Feathered Fish, Cheltenham. Whilst the event might have been a touch early for Christmas, the planning for this festive celebration has been in the works since summer!
All carers were invited to bring a guest along to join the festivities, making the evening even more special.
The celebration kicked off at 7:30pm. Emily and Frances greeted all the guests with drinks vouchers as a gift from Jo and Mike Folkes.
What happened at Caremark’s Christmas Party?
The evening started with plenty of mingling, followed by a mouth watering ‘Curry Night’ feast at 8:30pm, prepared by the staff at the Feathered Fish. The spread was a true hit and left everyone satisfied.
The highlight of Caremark’s Christmas Party night was, of course, the awards ceremony. Jo and Mike began by sharing heart warming customer comments collected since September. Each carer received a certificate featuring these uplifting messages, celebrating their incredible dedication and care.
Caremark’s Christmas Party culminated in the announcement of the prestigious Carer of the Year 2024 award, which was unanimously awarded to Joyleen. Joyleen’s exceptional compassion and commitment epitomise what it means to be a carer, making her a truly deserving recipient of this honour. Our Christmas Party was a fantastic celebration of the kindness, dedication, and extraordinary work carried out by Caremark’s team every day to support vulnerable members of the community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening unforgettable!
