Care Manager of the Year! Celebrating Excellent Home Care

We are thrilled to announce that Abbie Ellis, our dedicated Care Manager, has been named Care Manager of the Year for Region 2 within the Caremark network. This prestigious recognition highlights the outstanding work Abbie has done in providing exceptional care management and leadership within the Dartford/Gravesham and Medway area. Being 1 of 25 offices in this region, we are thrilled to confirm that Abbie will now go on to be shortlisted for Care Manager of the Year across all Caremark branches. The winner will be announced in January during the annual Caremark conference.

The Care Manager of the Year award is presented annually by Caremark honoring Care Manager’s in each region. These Care Managers must demonstrate exemplary leadership, dedication, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. This award recognizes individuals who go above and beyond to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care, coordination, and support. Caremark now also look to see if these leaders promote the service amongst the wider community.

Abbie’s nomination read as below;

This Care Manger has been with Caremark since 2020 and has progressed from being a Care Assistant to a Field Care Supervisor, Deputy Care Manager and now the Registered Care Manager. Since becoming the RM in 2023 this person has gone from strength to strength, embraces all feedback in regards to the business, constantly engaging with the QM and forever enhancing the skills and knowledge of the CSW.

The recognition of Abbie as Care Manager of the Year is a testament to our commitment to improving healthcare outcomes for our community.
