Presentation to Caremark

Caremark and Local Businesses Working Together
In 2017 we (Caremark Thanet, Dover and Canterbury) produced a calendar for our customers and employees. We have produced a calendar each year since. Most of those calendars involved local scenes. This year we did something very different. We produced a calendar depicting hands – the youngest hands representing January were about five years old; the oldest ones, representing December were 93 years old. The symbolism of hands is rich and nuanced.
Everyone at Caremark Thanet, Dover and Canterbury is proud of the calendar. The feedback we have received has been enormously positive.
And what is also very satisfying is the fact that this was a real team effort. Local businesses collaborating to produce something very special. The original concept came from carlos dominguez who also took all the photographs. Design work came from Jen Howell and printing from Rebecca Hawkins SHARP PRINTING LIMITED.
At the meeting of Broadstairs Business Club on Thursday 29 February Becci, Jen and Carlos presented a framed poster to Garry Costain of Caremark Thanet, Dover and Canterbury of the hands in recognition of this brilliant project.
