Roberto De Pool: Equipping Franchisees with Invaluable Expertise
Roberto is a highly skilled System Support and Data Analyst who has joined the Franchise Support Centre team to provide comprehensive assistance to Caremark franchise owners. In his role, Roberto will offer ongoing support to franchise owners, addressing their technical queries and helping to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with Caremark’s systems.
Roberto’s background in data analysis, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI, will be particularly beneficial in helping Caremark make data-driven decisions. He will work closely with franchise owners to analyse their business data, identify trends, and uncover insights that can drive growth and improve efficiency.
As a new member of the Franchise Support Centre team, Roberto brings a unique combination of technical expertise and academic background, including an MSc in Management and Finance and a BSc in Biochemistry. This interdisciplinary knowledge allows him to offer well-rounded support to franchise owners, considering both the operational and analytical aspects of their businesses.
