With over a decade of experience in the care industry, Stuart has built a diverse skill set across multiple areas, including recruitment, financial management, business operations, marketing, HR, and operations. His journey in care began in 2014, and although there were a couple of short gaps along the way, his passion for the sector has remained unwavering.

Throughout his career, he’s gained invaluable experience within franchising, having worked with two leading franchised care companies. This has given him deep insights into the unique challenges and opportunities franchising presents, along with a comprehensive understanding of how to successfully manage and grow a franchise operation.

In addition to his experience in the care industry, himself and his partner also own a franchise license in a completely different industry, which has broadened his business expertise and adaptability.

Having a background that also includes military experience, Stuart brings a strong sense of discipline, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach to all aspects of his work. He is always looking for innovative solutions and is committed to making a positive impact in everything he does.
