More positive staff feedback!

We have had some more positive feedback about our staff, which we felt we should share.

Feedback from a customer’s wife who wrote in last week to say:

“To all the staff at Caremark

Sadly my husband (EW) passed away on March 20^th in Sue Ryder Hospice. Previously to that your carers came in every day to care for him so well.

Thank you for all the attention shown to him and me. We enjoyed meeting the carers – so many to mention without exception they were all lovely and dedicated to their work.

I would mention in particular, Timi, Blessmore, Ade, Gopi, Hazel, Onzi, Mabel and so many too numerous to mention from me.

We send our sincere condolences to Anne but isn’t that lovely of her to write is such positive terms about so many of our care assistants?

More positive feedback for Abdul this week

The wife of James H has praised Abdul for his care of her husband who is out of hospital but at end of life “Abdul has been amazing”.

Additionally, Abdul has gone above and beyond with customer DL who has been refusing personal care for a long time. It got to a point where the customers commode was completely full and the toilet blocked and on his 3 visits to the customer that day Abdul worked to empty the commode and also unblocked the toilet so that it could be used again.

This is the high level of care that our care assistants like to provide and here at Caremark Cheltenham and Gloucester we could not be more proud!
