Caremark Greenwich Hosts Health and Social Care Talk at St Andrews Church

Caremark Greenwich recently hosted a talk at St. Andrew’s Church focused on increasing awareness about dementia, mental health, and the importance of companionship. This event was part of Caremark’s ongoing commitment to supporting individuals in the Greenwich community by fostering understanding and reducing stigma surrounding mental health and cognitive conditions like dementia.
The discussion emphasised the challenges faced by those living with dementia and mental health issues, and highlighted practical ways to provide emotional and social support. Caremark Greenwich also showcased their personalised care services, which include companionship programs aimed at combating loneliness and enhancing well-being for individuals in need of care.
This initiative reflects Caremark’s broader mission to promote community engagement and support for vulnerable groups, ensuring better quality of life and meaningful connections for their clients and the community they serve.
Reverend Ian Welch had some positive words to share about Caremark Greenwich’s talk:
“Thank you to Sukhvir and Caremark Greenwich for visiting our parish yesterday evening, and for the stimulating and insightful talk, much appreciated!”
