Although Caremark Greenwich is a new territory for our trusted brand, James Principe, the registered manager, with over 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care, is proficient with the talents required in being the leader of this new venture. James is pleased to be able to provide excellent care and support services to his local area.

Born and lived in Greenwich his whole life, James is grateful for the opportunity to put back into his community through providing person centred services to local people in need of support, care and/or companionship.

From Carer to Leader

James began his journey into Health and Social Care by supporting and caring for people with learning difficulties, autism, and mental health conditions. With no prior education or qualifications, James built up his knowledge, skills and understanding of a wide range of health and social care support and has created a career he enjoys and is truly passionate about. James’ dedication to supporting the teams he has managed over the years, led him to train to become a qualified assessor and trainer, so that he can impart all his experience and learning to bring out the best in every member of staff.
