Faith’s exceptional qualities transcend the caregiving sphere. On a fateful Sunday morning, August 27th, Faith demonstrated extraordinary courage and compassion that would save a stranger’s life. As she made her way to work, starting her shift at 7 AM, he noticed something that would haunt anyone’s conscience – a person in distress hanging from scaffolding, a cry for help that was hard to ignore.

Without a second thought, Faith sprang into action. Climbing up the scaffolding, he approached the person in dire need, using his quick thinking to assess the situation. His kindness and determination were evident as he successfully managed to rescue the individual while also enlisting the assistance of another passerby to call for an ambulance.

Faith’s courageous and selfless actions undoubtedly made the difference between life and death that morning. The person he rescued was alive when the ambulance arrived. With genuine care and compassion, Faith had given a stranger a second chance at life.

Remarkably, despite the intense and emotionally taxing experience, Faith didn’t let this extraordinary event deter him from his duty as a care assistant. He continued on to complete morning calls, despite being slightly behind schedule and needing to return home to change, having been covered in bodily fluids while helping the distressed individual. He continued to provide care until suitable cover could be found, at which point she could finally take a moment to process the incredible events of that morning.

Faith’s story is an inspiring example of the incredible impact a single individual can have on another’s life. His selflessness, bravery, and unwavering commitment to the customers make him an exceptional care assistant. His actions on that August morning not only saved a life but also serve as a poignant reminder of the compassion and courage that define the caregiving community.
