December 2022’s Care Assistant of the Month: Patricia

Many congratulations to Patricia Grobler who has been named our Care Assistant of the Month for December!

Patricia was nominated for her dedication, kindness and for always being available to anyone in need.

She is always there to lend support to colleagues, from advice on customers, tips on best ways to deal with them to meet their needs, providing help at any time of the day or night. Patricia goes over and beyond with her customers by knowing them so well and is always reassuring them even in some uncomfortable situations and never without a smile.
