Fellow colleagues nominate “amazing human being”

Our May Care Assistant of the month is Rhiannon Marchant from Caremark Mid Sussex & Crawley. Rhiannon was nominated by a number of her colleagues along with her Field Care Manager.

So why did she win May’s reward?

Described as passionate and caring to all customers, Rhiannon has shown great professional communication, particularly with doctors and paramedics in relation to her customers. Rhiannon helps both her customers and fellow Care Assistants by recording thorough, factual and accurate notes whilst supporting her on call colleagues with clear information and updates on any outstanding issues. She has also assisted her colleagues who are unable to drive by giving them lifts to their customers.

Delivering great service

Rhiannon goes above and beyond for her customers who look forward to her visits as she is always fun and energetic. Regularly arriving to work early and picking up calls when staff are absent, Rhiannon is a hard worker committed to doing the best she can for her customers and for Caremark. Always smiling and with a positive attitude she is highly regarded by her colleagues who enjoy working with her as she is always happy to help.

One of her nominees had this to say about Rhiannon: “She has been an asset to Caremark from the day she started. She works so hard and is always there to pick up shifts and help out she is a pleasure to work with and just an amazing human being.”

Franchise Owner Sarah White described Rhiannon as “an absolute star and well deserving of this award.”
