January 2023’s Care Assistant of the Month: Charlotte

Congratulations Charlotte Hardy winner of Care Assistant of the month for January!

Charlotte, from Mansfield & Ashfield, was nominated by Franchise Owner Simon Ford:

“Charlotte attended a call over the Christmas period to find a customer who was totally unresponsive. Charlotte was alone at the visit, adding further pressure to the call but her cool head and decisive actions meant that the customer received medical attention within minutes of her arriving but not before she had safely removed the customer from their bed and started to deliver CPR herself to ensure we had taken all actions that we could.

Family members were extremely appreciative of the actions and care taken by Charlotte with their loved one. Thank you on behalf of the family and the office team for the skill and confidence shown at this call which couldn’t have been easy to deal with alone.”
