New Care Assistant takes the monthly award!

Mid Sussex & Crawley Care Assistant Jazmine Turner has been chosen as the September Care Assistant of the month!

The new entry star

Jazmine has only been with Caremark a short while but has already made a huge impression on her customers and colleagues. Having never worked in care before, Jazmine fully embraced her role learning really quickly and has shown so much compassion, patience and kindness to all of her customers, who absolutely love her. She brings a huge smile to their faces and the little things she does mean so much to them.

Bonding with the team

Jazmine has also blended in really well with the other members of the team who have said how lovely it is to work with her. She helps out by picking up extra calls when needed and even working on her day off.

One gentleman who she did a companionship call for said, “what a lovely girl Jazmine is, she always makes me laugh so much.” She has also taken little treats into some of the customers and they have been very grateful for her thoughtfulness.
