Harper- The Little Princess Trust

Caremark Oldham run a weekly bonus ball within our branch and use monies raised from this to make donations to charities/good causes close to our hearts.

Recently, we made a donation of £150 to Harper Everitt who was raising money on behalf of The Little Princess Trust.

Harper made the decision to have all her beautiful long hair cut so this could be used to make wigs for children suffering from childhood cancers and other conditions. She was asking for sponsors so all monies raised could go towards The Little Princess Trust too. We felt this was such a selfless and kind thing to want to do for others that we really wanted to help and support such a worthy cause.

Office celebrations!

Last week, Harper attended our office with her Grandma Shirley and her brother Logan, for a special presentation and a thank you for being such a wonderful person!!

The Little Princess Trust

The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other illnesses. They also fund childhood cancer research searching to find kinder and more effective treatments for those who need it. They have provided over 17,000 wigs to children and young people with hair loss to make the process of their treatment easier for them.

The Little Princess Trust take donations of both hair to make wigs and money to cover the costs of making, fitting and styling the wigs.
