Children Services in Hounslow, Feltham & Chiswick
Caremark provides bespoke children care services in Hounslow (including personal care if required) to enable children and young people who may have a personal budget or other funding to participate in social activities of their choice.
This enables participants to have fun, make friends, to enjoy a friendly, supportive, safe environment whilst building confidence and developing social and life skills.
Sessions can take place to suit the individual, such as; after school; at weekends and during holidays.
We offer ‘Time Out’ period for children and young people with complex additional needs.
