About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting care staff, conducting assessments, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct customer assessments and care plan reviews
✅ Support, mentor, and supervise care staff
✅ Carry out spot checks and quality monitoring
✅ Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
✅ Liaise with customer, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care delivery
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in a similar role or senior care position
✔ A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work (essential)
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best care practices
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ A caring and compassionate nature
