Great family support

With an incredible nine children and even more grandchildren, Wendy Dempsey still has a great family support network, and Caremark Kirklees supplements this by visiting her four times a day to provide the care which enables her to live in her well-presented home.

Wendy worked as a secretary during her professional life and lived happily with her husband John and their large family.

Now living alone, but with help from Caremark and her family, she continues to retain her independence.

She enjoys reading and tries never to miss an episode of her favourite TV show, Tipping Point.

“The carers are all very nice and I really appreciate what they do for me,” says Wendy.
