- Free initial needs assessment; this is a detailed assessment to carefully capture your needs as well as free advice to assist around your care needs
- Introductory visits for carers so you are comfortable with the carers who will be coming to visit you
- Regular call times
- A small team of carers to ensure regularity of care
- Ad hoc visits from our supervisors who will check in to ensure your care package is meeting your needs
What does Care at Home involve?
All our customers have chosen to remain living independently at home and need some level of care and support to enable them to do so. Our care-at-home services ensure their desired level of independence is maintained whilst they continue to live safely at home.
We provide a bespoke service, tailored to match your specific needs and preferences as well as your budget. There is no real limit to the type of support we offer. It may be something as simple as a half an hour domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of care. Where a more intensive level of care and support is required, 24-hour or Live-in care services are available. Our services include; personal care, domestic duties, companionship, complex care, respite, shopping duties and medication.
Caremark Dartford and Gravesham
Caremark Dartford & Gravesham is committed to supporting vulnerable individuals adults within the Dartford and Gravesham borough. We provide a wide range of care and support packages, including those with mental health problems (Alzheimer’s and dementia), physical disabilities, learning disabilities such as autism and those who simply require some social support and companionship.
We also provide community care and support services to children from 0-18 years of age, this includes taking the individual out in the community and also providing respite within their own home.
