Five key care industry awards
Staff from Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield have been shortlisted for five key care industry awards.
In the Nottinghamshire County Council Proud to Care Awards, our Care Manager Chloe Holmes is a finalist in the Leader of the Year category and Care Assistant Blessing Chikanda is a finalist in the Best Newcomer category.
Chloe and Blessing will discover if they have been successful at an awards evening taking place on 12th November.
We then have three members of staff who have been shortlisted in the East Midlands finals of the Great British Care Awards being held on 27th November.
Chloe has been shortlisted in the Home Care Team category, although as the title suggests this is for every member of our excellent care team; our Managing Director Simon Ford is up for the Care Employer category; and Christina Brooksbank has been short-listed in the Home Care Coordinator category.
Speaking about the awards, our MD Simon said: “It’s fantastic to see our team being recognised for the work they do supporting our customers across Mansfield & Ashfield.
“These awards are the pinnacle in our sector and even to be short-listed is an achievement given the many great companies and people who work within it.”
