Sarah-Louise White
Registered Care Manager
I joined Caremark Mid Sussex & Crawley in February 2008 as a care worker after experience of looking after a close relative with dementia. I loved the role and my customers and after 6 months I was promoted to field care supervisor. My interest and love for the job continued and after a year I was made assistant manager. After years of hard work and dedication in 2013 Sarah was made Director of Caremark Mid Sussex & Crawley and continues to lead the company in delivering outstanding care in the community.

Kim Nichols
Audit, Compliance & Finance Manager
I have been part of the Caremark team for 14 years and started as a carer, promoted to Field Care Supervisor then moved on to become a Care Co-ordinator. I loved experiencing the different roles and now work as the compliance & finance manager.
I enjoy the laid back and friendly atmosphere at Caremark and all the staff are lovely to work with.
This is the most rewarding job I have had and it feels good to be part of team helping our local community.

Tania Carter
Deputy Care Manager
I have worked for Caremark since January 2010. I started as a part time evening carer & loved it so much I went full time and was quickly promoted to a Field Care Supervisor. Over the years I have developed my skills and knowledge of the business working as a field care manager and recruitment & retention officer. I am now deputy care manager and overlook the day to day operations.
I am very proud to represent Caremark Mid Sussex & Crawley and thoroughly enjoy working as part of a friendly, easy going and energetic team, who all contribute to a lovely workplace environment.

Nicole Williams
Crawley Care-Coordinator
I have worked for Caremark for 6 years starting my career as a care worker in Crawley. I love being part of such a friendly team and making a difference to people’s lives every day. I now work in the office as the Crawley care-coordinator and still help out with care calls when needed which I really enjoy as I still get to see my customers and have a chat.

Sally Sullivan
Field Care Supervisor
I have worked for Caremark for over 5 years and loved every minute. I have always worked in healthcare including experience in a hospital setting and working for the ambulance service. I really enjoy being out in the community and being a field care manager where I can support our customers and care workers.
I was very honoured to have been nominated and won the prestigious ‘Care Worker Award’ at the Great British Care Awards for my hard work and dedication especially during the pandemic. My focus is always on customer safety and making sure our customers don’t feel alone. This is much more than a job for me.
