The Incredibles: Caremark’s Home Care Heroes

We are thrilled to share the joy and excitement surrounding our inaugural Care Assistant recognition and reward event, ‘The Incredibles,’ held at the prestigious Fortnum and Mason in London on November 17, 2023. This event marked the culmination of a thorough nomination, judging, and finalist selection process, where we had the pleasure of recognising ten outstanding Caremark Care Assistants who stood out for their incredible dedication and achievements.

Celebrating Exceptional Dedication and Passion

We received an overwhelming number of exceptional entries, making the selection process a challenging but rewarding experience. The quality of work and achievements showcased in the submissions was truly remarkable, reflecting the dedication and passion of each nominee. Our judges, after careful evaluation, were impressed by the incredible talent and contributions displayed by the care assistants listed above.

While only ten finalists were chosen, it is important to note that the nomination process itself acknowledges the dedication, hard work, and outstanding achievements of all nominees. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to each nominee for their exceptional contributions.

A Day to Remember and Inspire

‘The Incredibles’ event was a day to remember for the ten finalists, an opportunity to inspire others within the Caremark family. The day included a delightful afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason, where our team had the chance to meet these heroes in person and express our gratitude for their exceptional service. Amal:

It was an honour to be invited and selected as a finalist for the Caremark Incredibles event. Being recognised for the work I do as a care assistant felt amazing and made me so proud. The day on the whole was a brilliant experience and it was great to hear about the achievements of the other care assistants in the network and to meet them in person.

The Caremark Incredibles event was truly heartwarming. Witnessing the dedication and compassion of each of the 10 finalist was an absolute pleasure. Hearing their incredible stories of impact and achievement left me inspired and deeply moved. The event not only celebrated the outstanding contributions of these care assistants but also provided a unique opportunity to connect with other Caremark offices. It was a truly enriching experience that highlighted the exceptional work being done in the field of care.
