Field Care Supervisor

We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to start as soon as possible
You’ll deliver high quality care support services , carry out a range of functions across individual services and care workers in your specific areas. Whilst the majority of your time will be spent working in the community, assessing and supporting clients you’ll also have responsibilities including:
- Assessment and review of individual services
- Partial supervision, instruction and support of care workers
- Administrative tasks in relation to services and user care workers
About you:
You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organised with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. Ideally you will also be a driver with a car and have 1 to 2 years as a Field Care Supervisor.

Principal Responsibilities
Your role would include helping clients with tasks such as:
· Help with washing & dressing
· Shopping & meal preparation
· Prompting with medication
· Support with daily routines
· Respite services
· Socialising and leisure activities
· Helping clients access the community
