“All the carers from Caremark treat my mother with utmost respect and dignity. They are kind and respect Mum’s wishes. They have encouraged Mum to have showers and always ensure she has everything she needs before they leave. My mother loves them all and says they are like a second family to her. If there are ever any queries or needs they always contact me immediately. It is such a relief to have people who care looking after her as we live several hours’ drive away. The owners are so approachable and empathetic. Would highly recommend.”
