Autumn/Winter HALO Awards!
David – For his great work with DE, and for how amazing he conducted himself while supporting BS. He was brilliant, calm, and professional in such a stressful situation. David has built some excellent relationships with his clients and continues to show his willingness to want to learn and develop more and more in his Support Worker role.
Joel F – For the effort, dedication and respect that he puts into his notes on ACP – every task is detailed and paints a wonderful picture of the excellent support he provides to his client to have a peaceful night, he also logs in and out consistently without fail.
Oke (3 nominations) – For the way that he interacted with all the children at the Halloween party. He had not met most of the children but joined in with all of the games to entertain them. Oke made a real good impression of what our expectations are whilst supporting our clients.
Charles A (3 nominations) – he is so kind and caring, gets involved in the clients’ preferences and wishes and turns their care into fun, he thinks about the future visits and plans ahead what they would like to do. He is so passionate about his work, and this shines through in how he presents himself.
Ada – due to helping a family in need when AJ was in hospital.
Our Directors were presented with the nominations and after careful consideration, have decided that the overall winner of our Autumn/Winter HALO Awards is David. We are really proud of the progress David has made since he joined our organisation. His confidence has grown and his engagement with our clients is excellent. Well done to all nominee’s for their amazing efforts and ongoing dedication to our clients.
