Here’s to our first Christmas New’s Story!!

Our Team are delighted to take part in Christmas Jumper Day on this wintery Thursday, in order to raise some funds for the Children, Young People and Adults within our Community. We provide daily support to people in our community living with conditions such as Autism, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Cerebral Palsy, PEGs and Tracheostomies, and any money raised goes a long way to making a positive difference to the lives of our client’s.

We love to be involved in different activities and special days that raise awareness of our organisation within the community, enabling more and more people to be aware of the fantastic service we provide. The Client and Staff feedback that we have received as a result of our Annual Survey’s has been excellent, it’s clear that the people who are receiving service from us, and the people who are providing our services are extremely proud to be part of this organisation. This in turn, shows in our Staff Retention rate, which is running impressively high at 95%, a staff turnover of just 5% in the last 12 months is extraordinary and we are very proud of this.

Over the next few weeks, our Management Team will be out and about visiting our Client’s either in their own homes or in their school or community setting, to deliver to them their personalised Christmas card & gift from us. You might not know its them though……as they may be disguised as someone else!! 🎅🏼🎄
