Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care

Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield is pleased to announce that Case Leader Kirsty Vickers has successfully completed her Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

This diploma, which is equivalent to a degree, is designed to improve the skills of current and future managers in health and social care, providing an opportunity to consolidate previous experience and learning, and to standardize knowledge and competencies.

In Kirsty’s case, the achievement is even more significant because the training company unfortunately lost her work midway through the course, so she effectively had to start from scratch.

However, her perseverance has paid off and Kirsty becomes the latest member of our management team to achieve her Level 5.

“Kirsty is also a good example of how we strive to promote from within whenever possible, in her case joining us as a Support Worker before becoming Case Leader in 2019.
