Our Spectacular Support Workers are helping our incredible Clients to achieve amazing outcomes… it’s HALO nomination time..

You may recall, that each quarter, our management team take some time out of their busy working day to reflect on our amazing Support Worker team and the brilliant, fantastic things they are supporting our clients with on a daily basis.
We believe it is so important to recognise and reward our team who are consistently going above and beyond, to show them how valued and important they are to our organisation. The difference that our staff make to our clients, enabling them to live ordinary lives in extraordinary circumstances, is excellent, and we are extremely proud of the goals that we achieve every day.
We would like to remind our fabulous team of just a few ways in which you would be considered for a HALO award nomination:
- Excellent attendance record
- Achieving your clients goals and outcomes on a daily basis
- In depth, detailed recording and visit notes, including completing detailed notes on each task within the ACP app.
- Polite, respectful, kind and caring at all times, to everyone around you.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Great communicator, keeping in contact with Case Leader/Office team regularly.
We will be announcing the nominee’s for our Autumn/Winter HALO Award within our next newsletter, which will be published at the beginning of December.
As always, there are prizes up for grabs for nominee’s and an exciting surprise for the overall winner.
