Sharing the love

We enjoy sharing the love with our staff and as it was Valentine’s Day this month, we held a ‘Love and Lattes’ training themed day.

Staff were able to refresh their clinical skills in the session led by our Clinical Leads Lizzie and Louise and they also had the time to speak to our Welfare officer Jade if they wished as well.

We also had ‘A Little Note to Say’ which involved writing nice messages such as:

“Caremark is a place to be”

“Stay amazing, always”

“Kindness can make a big difference to someone’s day”

This was a great opportunity to engage with our amazing Support Workers and to once again say thank you for everything they do.

Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield has a staff retention rate of over 96% and we are super proud of this figure especially in the current climate of health and social care. This is due to us having great training, support, guidance, regular observations and more – only the best for our amazing Support Workers.
