As a Health and Social care provider to children, young people and adults who have Down Syndrome, we are happy to share that we are raising awareness for #WorldDownSyndromeDay2024.

We have been informing our Support Worker Team about the science around Down Syndrome, how it occurs and how we can support. It’s so important to us that no matter what condition an individual is living with, that we support them to live their very best life.
