These are just some of the outstanding comments made by our clients and family members which has led to Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield being awarded a ‘Good’ rating by our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

A report published by the CQC on 30th January 2025 and which followed an assessment carried out at the end of 2024, led to us being awarded a Good rating in all five categories, namely Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive & Well-led.

The inspector highlighted the way we protect and keep people safe and how our continuous training and improvement programme ensures staff deliver and maintain high quality care.

Several of our clients and families were approached as part of the assessment and the report highlights the high standard of care we provide, how we treat people with dignity and respect, how we give them independence and involve them in decisions about their care.
