Educational Needs

At Caremark Solihull, we are passionate about making a positive impact in our local community. That’s why our Director, Herkesh Malhi, has partnered with the Solihull Employment Team to offer advice and support to local residents with special educational needs (SEN), helping them take meaningful steps toward employment.

Helping SEN Residents Build a Brighter Future

Finding the right job can be challenging, especially for individuals with educational needs who may require additional support. By working alongside the Solihull Employment Team, Caremark Solihull is helping to break down barriers and create new opportunities for SEN residents to gain valuable skills, confidence, and access to meaningful employment.

During recent discussions, Herkesh shared insights into the care sector and highlighted the diverse range of roles available. Whether in caregiving, administration, or support services, there are many opportunities for individuals with educational needs to find fulfilling employment in a sector that values compassion and dedication.

A Commitment to Inclusion and Support

At Caremark Solihull, we believe that everyone should have the chance to work in a role that suits their strengths and ambitions. Through this partnership, we aim to provide guidance, mentorship, and encouragement to SEN residents, ensuring they have the right support in place to succeed.

“We are proud to work alongside the Solihull Employment Team to help individuals with educational needs find employment that gives them purpose and independence,” said Herkesh Malhi, Director of Caremark Solihull. “The care sector thrives on diversity, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute.”

Looking Ahead: Building a More Inclusive Workforce

This initiative is just one of the ways Caremark Solihull is supporting our local community. By working together with local organisations, we can continue to make a real difference in people’s lives, helping SEN residents develop their skills and find rewarding employment.

If you or someone you know has special educational needs and is looking for support in finding employment, get in touch with us or the Solihull Employment Team. Together, we can build a more inclusive and supportive future for all.
