Managing Director
Shazia has been a Human Resources Professional in the fields of Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Middlesex University – UK. Having lived all her life in Dubai, she relocated to London in 2017. While exploring various ideas to start a care business I came across Caremark and was warmly welcomed into the family. I have always been keen on social work and supporting the communities and realised that Care provides with the best platform for these. Here we get the opportunity to support Vulnerable adults and add value to better their quality of life. Along with that, this industry has the capability to open up jobs for so many and provide a meaningful career with continuous professional development.

Anna Mary Black
Care Coordinator
Anna joins us as Care Coordinator. Anna has a B.A Honours in Mission and Ministry. Before joining us she was working a youth leader for toddlers till 18 years. She was also responsible for mental health and welfare of the elderly with in Church. She also worked Health and safety in charge and supported the church in any safeguarding issues.
Anna believes that working in care is similar to working in ministry as you help the vulnerable and become the voice of the voiceless.

Cristina Feher
Manager- Quality Assurance & Compliance
Cristina began her journey in the care industry 15 years ago as a care assistant in a residential care setting, where she gained first hand experience in providing direct support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs. This foundational experience allowed her to develop a deep sense of empathy and compassion as well as an understanding of the unique requirements of each individual under her care. Witnessing the profound difference that compassionate care can make in someone’s life, She knew that this was the path I was meant to pursue.
Over the years she has held various positions, each offering a distinct perspective and contributing to her skill set. From roles in specialized care setting to leadership positions overseeing care teams, she has encountered a wide range of care scenarios, including elderly care, disability support, mental health care and many more.
Her wide experience has provided her with invaluable insights into the importance of personalized care, effective communication, and collaborative approaches in achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Melania Tudor
Field Care Supervisor
Melania joins us Field Care Supervisor. She comes with more than 8 years of experience in care industry. Melania is qualified as an accountant and before joining us worked as an accountant for almost ten years. She is very passionate about care and considers it as a very rewarding profession.
