My Father received excellent care from care mark. Nothing was too much trouble. I had to call them out at the weekend and they arrived quickly. My father needed extra visits due to lack of mobility, which was arranged that day. Later he needed 24 hour care which commenced in 2 hours.

I have always had amazing support and care from my carers. They are always so very kind, treat me with the upmost dignity and take all my needs into account. Always respectful, conscientious,
and cheerful. They always know if I am not quite myself, but somehow manage to cheer me up by the end of my call.
The management team are always very supportive and help at the drop of a hat. Whether this is just to have a reassuring chat or to be present at official meetings. They always go that extra mile.

My experience so far with Caremark has been fantastic. I was living alone with a very debilitating health condition and struggling a lot but since having a Caremark as a care provider it has allowed me to make a lot of improvements and have better quality of life.

The staff are all very kind and pleasant. My mother often refuses care and needs a lot of encouragement of which some are better than others. I have found management to be responsive and helpful to our requests.

I was wary of having care as I have tried very hard to stay independent. My experience with Caremark has been extremely positive. They treat me with respect and dignity. I feel it has had a positive effect on my well-being and I feel confident of the future knowing Caremark will be alongside me.

Very pleased with the level of care. Get a report every day explaining care delivered and how things went and any relevant issues.

My experiences of Caremark (Farnborough) has been extremely positive. All the carers are trained to a high standard which makes me feel secure as I’m reliant on the team for everyday tasks. Individual carers are all different in personality but consistent in their professional care and a pleasure to have in my home.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my father received. Everyone was kind patient and caring. Twice my father needed more carers in place, on both occasions this was done in two hours. 24 hour care was delivered for my father’s last couple of weeks. I have been given loads of support since my father passed.

We have been using Caremark as carers for our Mum who has Parkinson’s for several years now and really can’t fault them. The staff are so helpful and kind to both her and ourselves, even getting us out of pickles occasionally. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much to you all.
