Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Care Assistant would include helping customers with tasks such as:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting overall happiness and well-being.
  • Develop strong relationships with the customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in customer’s needs.

Requirements

It’s important to us that all Caremark Care Assistant’s have the following qualities:

  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the U.K. (NO CoS OFFERED)
  • U.K. Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable but NOT Essential.

Live-in Care Assistant

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: TBC
Hours: TBC

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to Live-In the customer’s home and provide Live-In Support with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.

The type of Live-In support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.

Principal Responsibilities

Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:

  • Help with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Prompting with medication
  • Support with daily routines
  • Respite services
  • Socialising and leisure activities
  • Helping customers access the community
