Care Co-ordinator

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for aligning the schedule of your Care Assistants with the important needs of supporting people to receive care in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocation of Care Assistants to all Customer visits.
- Responding to incoming telephone enquiries.
- Processing new customer enquiries and assessing whether we are able to fulfil them.
- Recruitment of new Care Assistants
- Ensuring Customer and Care Assistant records are up to date.
- Producing reports and management information as required.
Some key skills that you will need for this role include: being a good communicator, being computer literate and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), the ability to work to deadlines, accurate and attention to detail, and great organisational skills. If you’ve worked in the care industry previously and have experience of using rostering systems to prepare Care Assistant and Customer rotas. then that would be great as well, but it’s not mandatory. Salary: £24,000-£26,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Field Care Supervisor

If this sounds like you then our Field Care Supervisor position is for you.
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team of Care Assistants in the field and be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise, using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the customer. You will use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care. You will also assess new customers’ care needs and prepare their care plans. The role also includes covering care visits when these cannot be undertaken by a Care Assistant. You will therefore be living in the London Borough of Wandsworth or very close by.
This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages. You will be ideally suited if you are self-motivated, well-organised, an effective communicator, and share Caremark Wandsworth’s values – we:
