24hrs to go until the Spinathon

Our Managing Director, Barney Davis, will be taking part in a Charity ‘Spinathon’ being held at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club tomorrow. The ‘Spinathon’ is designed to raise awareness for Parkinson’s Disease and importantly to raise funds for Parkinson’s UK to help support research into new treatments and to help support people in the UK with Parkinson’s Disease.

Spin is a form of exercise – indoor cycling on special stationary exercise bikes and spin classes normally last 45 minutes. The ‘Spinathon’ tomorrow will challenge the group to spin non-stop for 5 hours, starting at 9.30am!

Caremark Warwick was pleased to help support the Spinathon team with some branded t-shirts to wear tomorrow, see picture.
