Amazing feedback to start the New Year

We were delighted to receive the following feedback from the parents of one of our Clients in Leamington Spa on the Homecare.co.uk website:

“We have used Caremark for the last six months. I can honestly say the service and support we have received has been excellent. The carers work with my daughter who has complex disabilities and requires extensive support. I have found the carers to be very conscious of meeting the needs of my daughter and they treat my daughter with a smile and a welcome every morning. The carers are very thorough with bathing and hygiene requirements and always care for my daughter in a dignified way.

Regarding the management. I have found the management to be very supportive and responsive to any requests we need to make. The management have ensured that my daughter’s care has been consistent and we have never been let down throughout our time with Caremark. A rota is provided every week and all administration requirements are all up to date.
To conclude, I can 100% recommend Caremark.”
