Annual Survey Results are in!
Every year we ask all our Customers to complete an anonymous survey which asks questions about the Care we are delivering to our Customers across Warwick, Leamington Spa & Kenilworth.
We absolutely recognise the importance of not just seeking feedback from our Customers but also acting immediately on any feedback or suggestions from our Customers. It also provides us with a great opportunity to share particular success stories or specific feedback with our wonderful team of Care Assistants.
Every single Customer received a survey and an impressive 40% completed and returned an anonymous survey. This level of participation is a big improvement on last year’s participation levels and we’re grateful for those who returned a survey.
Customers were given 30 statements regarding Caremark, our Care Assistants and our communication etc and for each statement were asked if they Strongly Agreed/Agreed/Were Neutral/Disagreed/Strongly Disagreed with each of them.
Of the responses received, an overwhelming majority of 91% either Strongly Agreed or Agreed with the statements. Only a tiny portion of 1.6% either Disagreed or Strongly Disagreed with a statement.
The headline results were as follows:
- 92% of respondents Strongly Agreed/Agreed that the service they receive has made a positive difference to their lives
- 100% of respondents Strongly Agreed/Agreed that they are treated with compassion & kindness
- 92% of respondents Strongly Agreed/Agreed that they would recommend Caremark to others
It’s always really humbling to hear what a significant impact our Care Assistants having on Customer lives, they are making a huge difference in the local community as a result of the excellent Care they are providing.
