Another Lovely Customer Review

We are always delighted to receive feedback from our Clients. And the first thing we do (before posting on Social Media!) is share this feedback with our wonderful team of Care Assistants.

Here is a lovely review from the daughter of one of our Clients in Leamington Spa. We were able to schedule regular Care calls for her Mother whilst the daughter was away on holiday. Meaning that she could properly relax and enjoy her holiday with the peace of mind that her Mother was being well looked after:

“My elderly Mother is now showing signs of short term memory loss so I visit her twice a week.  As I was going on holiday I didn’t want to leave her for more than a week so called Caremark Warwick in.

The process for holiday cover was simple and easy to organise.  A quick phone call to the office, they sent a Supervisor out to do an assessment, and then a rota was sent to me to let me know what times they would be coming.   

This service gave me peace of mind and meant I could enjoy my holiday without worrying.    If you are looking for respite or holiday care then you will not be disappointed.”
