This morning we received an excellent review on Homecare.co.uk which gave us 5 Star ratings across the board.

“I have been a client with Caremark for some considerable time and have received help after a long stay in hospital, post-COVID care when I was extremely frail, post-operative care after a serious accident and now a daily visit to help with personal care. On all these occasions, the staff have been very professional, polite, kind, caring and encouraging and supportive. They are given training before they start and are encouraged to study and gain more qualifications. Queries are dealt with promptly and a regular carer is provided when possible. This helps me enormously to feel safe with someone I know and who knows my needs and routines. It helps to provide a smooth, effective and efficient service.”
