First Carer of the Month 2024

Our first Carer of 2024 is Sukhpreet. She won the monthly prize for the following reasons:

Sukhpreet was nominated for the award by two of her colleagues who praised her hard work and commitment

She also received some fabulous feeback from several clients

The office team were also very grateful for her picking up various shifts recently and at short notice

Well done Sukhpreet and thank you for your continued dedication and excellent work.

One of our other Carers, Gihan, suggesting giving a certificate to our Carers of the Month along with their prize (in this case a big box of chocolates). This certificate details the reasons for winning the award and also some of the specific feedback. This is a fantastic idea, thanks Gihan!
