We were delighted to read this recent feedback from one of our Clients:
In January 2022 I asked Caremark Warwick to provide morning care for my mum. Evening care was being provided by another care provider but I was unhappy with their service in regard to their management, administration and carers. I wanted to use the two different providers for a while to see how they compared. Caremark are much better than the other care provider.
I’m happy with the service provided by Caremark. They contacted me if there was an issue I should be aware of. On one occasion my mum had taken the incorrect days’ medication from her blister pack. The carer noticed this, called 111, Ashley (care coordinator) called me and the carer waited for me to arrive, past the time the visit should have ended, whilst discussing my mum’s medication with the 111 adviser when they called back.
Communication with the office, Barney (owner and MD) and Ashley, has been first class from my initial enquiry. No chasing for replies to emails, as there was with the other care provider we used.
