Great Feedback for a Returning Care Assistant

We were delighted last month to hear from Hannah who used to work for us before leaving two years ago. She was keen to rejoin the team and so were we!

It seems our Customers are really pleased to see Hannah back on the team, here is some feedback received earlier this week:

“On my behalf I would like you to thank Hannah for her help today. While sitting, very comfortably, in my wheelchair she helped me tidy my lounge making it safe for the grandchildren at Christmas and helped my live in carer secure pots etc., in my garden.

It is lovely to see her back with Caremark. As I am sure you appreciate, her care knowledge and skills are superb and her work ethic exemplary.  I am sure I am among many who would be delighted to see her as often as possible.”
