Some Christmas Feedback

Earlier this week, we received some lovely feedback from one of our Customers in Warwick:

“I just wanted to recognise Sarah for going above and beyond on Thursday. During my cleaning call, Sarah helped me tidy up for Christmas, get my tree out and decorate the parts of the tree I can’t reach. I finished the bits I could reach yesterday. Christmas is hugely important to me and Sarah’s empathetic nature means she was able to tap into how I was feeling and went above and beyond to help. The result is a beautiful tree that looks just as well as it would have done when I was more capable and left me feeling incredibly festive. “
