Caremark is a leading provider of home care services in Worcestershire. We offer high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. We tailor our services and training to meet the individual needs and preferences of our clients

Our retention of staff is excellent with many of our staff having been with us for over 10 years.

All of our Care Assistants undergo comprehensive initial training when they join our team. This covers essential topics such as health and safety, manual handling, infection control, medication management, and safeguarding. We also provide ongoing refresher training to ensure that our staff are up-to-date with the latest best practices and regulations.

In addition to this, we also offer specialist training in complex care needs. We cover spinal injuries, MS, peg feeding, stoma care, and peristeen. Our in-house Nurse oversees all of our complex care training. Making sure that our Care Assistants have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care.

Caremark take great pride in the standard of training provided. We believe this is reflected in the high quality of care delivered to our customers. Our commitment to training also contributes to our excellent staff retention rates.
