A Visit from Caremark CEO
We have had a visit from David and Kirsty from the Franchise Support Centre. They came to see us and the team on Friday 15th March, have a look around the office and visit the super team we have in Worcestershire.
Visit
It is the first time we have had David and Kirsty to visit and it was warmly welcomed. Franchise Support Centre is based in Worthing which is on the south coast. David had a chat with an inteviewee during the visit and Kirsty who is the training and development Director spoke in detail with our Training Co ordinator Maria in detail about all things training. It was lovely to host you and have you visit our office in Worcestershire.
National Care Awards Finals
David and Kirsty stopped by before heading up to the Great British Care Awards National finals. We have had several regional final winners and this is now where they all face head to head to win the national awards. Regional winners included
- Caremark Solihul – The Home Care Employer
- Sanju Varghese, Caremark Liverpool – The Home Care Worker Award
- Sarah Crease, Caremark Liverpool – The Home Care Registered Manager Award
Awards
The awards, held at the ICC Arena in Birmingham and hosted by Rylan Clark. Its a very glamourous affair with black tie and a Gala Dinner before the announcement of the National Winners. Well done to all the winners of their categories and for Caremarks wonderful staff flying the flag!
Caremark Ltd recently won their own award. Caremark Limited crowned National Innovation winners by Elite Franchise.
The judges at Elite Franchise said how impressed with ongoing developments and continual pursuit of innovating in business they were. In particular, they mentioned our network App, Connecteam and its ability to help our network streamline their businesses, our recent recruitment video that uses real people to showcase our wonderful industry, as well as our volunteering policy that allows our team to enjoy 5 days out of the business to name a few.
We were up against some big names in this category to include: Tax Assist Accountants, Subway, The Travel Franchise, InXpress, Snap on Tools and Water Babies. Congratulations!
